WATER

As you know water is the best source of energy. No calories,carbs and artificial flavors. Anyway if you kill your soda addiction you will some weight. Exercise and dieting is the key but eat things in moderation and not overdue it. I have learned that water keeps me sharp, gives me more energy. That's not all. Every once in awhile go fo fast food. Everday will eventually kill you. Your heart is the engine. Be good to it because if you don't it won't be good to you. This does not go out to thise with a high metabolism. It was great when I was younger it would dissapear. Now I have to work on it.
