Can't Sleep?
Sleep is just as important to your health as mental and physical. Lately I'm feeling my age now. I used to stay up at all hours but now the competitive world of retail needs my mind and body to keep sharp. If you think you can burn your candle at both ends you're slightly mistaken. The body usually requires in most cases at least 6 hours minimum or 8 maximum in my own experience. I used to be a night owl but my body requires more sleep. The worst you can do is drink before you sleep. Tends to cause restlessness and worry. I try to keep yogurt in my fridge if I want to grab a late snack if I can't sleep.

try to relax more when you sleep. worry can be very deadly. the sleep you lose can effect you later on down the road
